The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards National Ceremony is a celebration of national award-winning teens and educators. The ceremony is held at Carnegie Hall in New York City every summer, and our team is tasked with creating a program following Carnegie Hall's print guidelines. The program includes a list of national medalists, special guests, headshots, bios, and a list of sponsors.
I review Carnegie Hall's program guidelines, lay out text, go through rounds of editorial review with our copyeditors, set up the final print files, release final files to our printer, and secure approvals of both digital and hard copy proofs.
